12 December 2011 - Attention! Application deadline for participation in the competition for financial support of the Government of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District extended until February 1, 2012.
16 August 2011 - second TICOP 2012 circular available now and info on this site updated respectively.
13 July 2011 - pre-registration is open now (enter to your Personal conference account) and will run until September 15, 2011. Preliminary registration is necessary for submitting the arcticle and/or extended abstract to the database of the Organizational Commettee editorial board, and for applying for and invitation for receiving a Russian visa.
4 July 2011 - the paper titles will be submitted through a form made available by the US Permafrost Association. Papers for which no title has been submitted until 15 July 2011 will not be accepted. See details here.
